Delhi-based company launches Komaki SE e-scooter with 3 color options and 125 km driving range, priced at Rs 96,000

New launch:

Delhi-based electric two-wheeler automobile company Komaki has launched a new high speed electric scooter Komaki SE in the market. Its ex show room price is Rs 96,000. The company says the SE will compete with traditional 125cc scooters. It is equipped with a 3kW BLDC electric motor and a detachable lithium ion battery pack. It will have a top speed of 85 kmph in an hour and a range of 95 - 125 kmph on a single charge.

Komaki SE: Features

The company has not yet made any announcement about the power output of the motor. The Komaki SE comes with front storage space to hold phones and other accessories. A USB charging port is also provided on the front.

It has three riding modes. What is special is that it is also provided with a dedicated cruise control switch, which is not found in any other scooter available in India.

It also has an onboard self-diagnosis system. Where information like service reminder is available including time to reach the destination.

The scooter has an LED display, a multimedia control switch and an inbuilt Bluetooth speaker. The scooter comes with remote locking and anti-theft system.

Speaking of suspension duty, this scooter has telescopic forks and twin shocks in the rear. Disc brakes are provided on both sides for braking.

The company claims that the Komaki SE's lithium-ion battery will consume only 1.5 units of power on a full charge.

Komaki SE: Available in three colors
, the Komaki SE looks like a traditional electric scooter and is similar to the Okinawa iPage. The headlamp design in particular, the LED day-time running light pattern and the fox air vents on both sides are similar. The Komaki SE is available in three color options, including Garnet Red, Deep Blue, Metallic Gold and Jet Black.

Komaki SE: Competitors will
compete in the market with scooters like Komaki SE, Okinawa iPage Plus, Empire Magnus Pro, Bigos B8, Odyssey Hawk Lite. All these e-scooters are available for less than one lakh rupees.

What is cruise control?
Cruise control is commonly found in trains. After turning on this feature, the speed of the vehicle has to be set. The vehicle then does not need to be accelerated. The cruise control feature allows the vehicle to run automatically at the set speed.
