The number of corona virusu cases has been steadily declining in the state amid the corona vaccine program.

AHMEDABAD: The number of corona virusu cases has been steadily declining in the state amid the corona vaccine program. A total of 53,615 people have been vaccinated in a single day in the state on February 9 from 833 centers in a single day. In all, only 255 new (Gujarat Corona Updates) cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.

Due to the operation of the state government, Ahmedabad, Banaskantha, Bhavnagar city, Botad, Dang, in the state today. Navsari, Patan, Tapi, Porbandar, Valsad and a total of 10 districts and 0 cases have been reported in the corporation. The recovery rate of covid in the state has also reached 97.65 per cent.

In the last 24 hours in the state, 47 in Ahmedabad, 50 in Vadodara, 40 in Rajkot, 33 in Surat, 7 in Anand, 7 in Gandhinagar, 3 in Narmada, 6 in Sabarkantha, 2 in Bhavnagar, 7 in Girsomnath, 7 in Dahod, 4 in Mehsana, 4 in Amreli, 4 in Bharuch, 6 in Junagadh, Kutch, Morbi 4-4, Panchmahal 3, Chhotaudepur 2, Jamnagar 2, Aravalli, Devbhoomi Dwarka, Surendranagar 1-1 together a total of 255 new cases have been reported while 495 patients have been discharged today.

A total of 1800 patients are currently undergoing treatment in the state while a total of 26 patients are on ventilators. With this a total of 1774 patients are stable in the state while 2,57,968 patients have been discharged. A total of 4397 patients have died in the state. Thus the health system and the government have breathed a sigh of relief as the cases of Corona have come down before the local body elections.
