Patients who get deep breathing and exhalation exercises to get natural oxygen are greatly benefited. While in Mass Proning exercises patients are put to sleep upside down for 30 to 40 minutes, then the patients are put to sleep in a reclining position while cycling, which exercise has been shown to be effective in infected patients. Patients are in good health by doing various exercises according to their condition under the guidance of a physio. To win the battle against corona, people need to drink plenty of water, juice and other liquids with rest.

Exercise is
done to prevent blood clots. In patients with coronary artery disease, blood clots form as the blood thickens, which can lead to fatal diseases such as heart disease. To prevent this, infected patients are given anti-pump exercises with drugs, which has been shown to be effective in many patients.
