The second wave of Corona epidemic has led to lockdowns in many states of the country. With this in mind, most of the automobile companies from Hero, Honda, Bajaj had earlier extended the free service and warranty period of their vehicles giving relief to the customers. So now Piaggio India has also joined in this order.

The company has also announced to extend the warranty and free servicing period in all its dealerships in India till July 31, 2021. The company has announced that customers will get the benefit of free servicing and warranty on their Aprilia and Vespa vehicles till July 31. However, this feature will only be available to customers whose free service and warranty period expires between April 1, 2021 and May 31, 2021.

Volkswagen extends service benefit period to June 30

Customers will benefit only if the free service period ends between 1 April 2021 and 31 May 2021

Volkswagen Passenger Cars India has announced the extension of warranty and free service period to all its dealerships in India till June 30, 2021. The extended service period from the company includes warranty, extended warranty, RSA and service value package.

The company has taken this decision keeping in view the current situation of Corona. However, this decision will only benefit customers whose free service and warranty period expires between 1 April 2021 and 31 May 2021. Customers can now purchase an extended warranty by the end of June.

Nissan announced an extension of free servicing to 60 days

Customers will be able to take advantage of their car warranty and free service until the month of July

Nissan India has announced an extension of 60 days warranty and free service period on all its dealerships in India. The company has taken this decision in view of the lockdown in many states following the second wave of Corona across the country.

This decision will only benefit the customers whose free service and warranty period is coming to an end in this lockdown. In such a case, Nissan customers can take advantage of their car warranty and free service until the month of July.

KTM customers will also get the facility

Customers of KTM and Husqvarna bikes will benefit

KTM India will extend the service and warranty period of all its bikes in India. The company has taken this decision in view of the ongoing lockdown in the country due to the second wave of Corona epidemic. The company says that the warranty benefits and free service period on KTM and Husqvarna bikes will be extended till July 31, 2021. This relief will only apply to customers whose warranty and free service period was valid until May 31, 2021.
