BMW India has launched a contactless service for its customers. Under this service, customers will be able to book and review the service of their car. Also, other quotations related to customer service can be taken and payment can also be made online with just one click. BMW's contactless service has been launched to provide end-to-end vehicle service to its customers without the need to visit BMW's authorized workshops. Customers can also use BMW's BMW One app for this.

This is how the app will work.
Customers can also operate the BMW One app from their smartphone or personal computer and go to their nearest BMW workshop from the date and time slot available by selecting the selected service. You will be contacted by BMW service. Your car will be picked up from home, sanitized and then serviced. Customers will receive a detailed assessment of what they need to do other than the car's current condition and service.

BMW Smart Video update will give you information about everyone. For
this, for the first time in the industry started by BMW, Smart Video Update will be used. Will be able to review essential items specified in customer service. If they find it appropriate then they will be able to approve it online from there immediately. Once serviced, the vehicle will be re-sanitized and placed at your desired location.
