In Saurashtra, 14 days after the Tau-Te hurricane, 191 villages are still without power due to power outages. The villagers are charging more than two mobiles simultaneously from the bike's battery. Even in villages including Una, Girgarhda, Jafrabad in Saurashtra, people are charging their mobiles from bike batteries or by going to nearby villages where generators have been installed. Villagers have been forced to fetch water from wells and lakes. Before the cooking is done, the cooking is done in the evening and dinner is also served by 6 pm.
